r4ptor is built to stay up. Every club runs on its own isolated environment, monitored around the clock.

Your own dedicated environment

Your r4ptor instance is not a shared account on a multi-tenant platform. It runs as its own isolated container — your own subdomain, your own database, your own process. An issue with another club's traffic or data cannot affect you.

24/7 uptime monitoring

Every instance is monitored continuously. We check availability every few minutes and receive instant alerts the moment something looks wrong. Most issues are caught and resolved before anyone notices.

Automated daily backups

Your data is backed up daily to encrypted, off-site storage. Backups are retained for 30 days. If something ever goes wrong, we can restore to a recent point-in-time snapshot — contact support and we'll handle it.

EU hosting & GDPR compliance

All data is stored on servers in the European Union (Falkenstein, Germany). r4ptor is registered in England & Wales and operates in compliance with UK GDPR. Your student data never leaves EU infrastructure.

What happens if there's a problem?

If monitoring detects an issue with your instance, we investigate and fix it straight away. For anything that affects your data or availability, we'll contact you at your registered email address.
