Managing Users
Go to Admin → Users to manage who can access your r4ptor instance.
Roles
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access to all features — students, classes, comms, reports, settings |
| Instructor | Can take registers and award SOW only — no access to admin features |
Creating a user
- Tap + Add User
- Enter name, email, and a temporary password
- Select role: Instructor (teal) or Admin (red)
- Tap Create
Share the email and password with the user — they can change their password after first login.
Editing a user
Tap the edit icon next to any user to change their name, email, password, or role.
Deleting a user
Tap the delete icon. You cannot delete your own account.
caution
Admin users have full access to all data including comms and student records. Only grant Admin role to people you trust completely.
